Is the ISO 19650 webinar series free?
Yes. All six episodes are free to watch here and on our YouTube channel, with no sign-up. The slides, the workflow PDF and the ISO 19650 templates are free too.
Who is the ISO 19650 webinar series for?
Anyone who manages information on an ISO 19650 project: BIM and information managers, and the people who set the requirements, answer the tender or deliver the models. It covers both sides - the client (the appointing party) and the delivery team (the lead appointed party and its task teams).
Do I need to watch the episodes in order?
No, each one stands on its own. In order they follow a project through the eight ISO 19650 steps: the documents and templates, the tender, appointment, mobilisation and production, information model delivery and close-out. New to the standard? Start with ISO 19650 explained in five minutes.
Are the webinars still up to date?
They were recorded live in 2020 and 2021, so Plannerly's screens look different today. The steps they follow are still the ISO 19650-2 process in force: revisions of Parts 1 to 3 went out for public comment in 2026, and today's editions stay in force until the new ones are published (what the proposed revisions change).
